Monday February 11, 2019 SNOW DAY, CLASSES CANCELLED

Due to students not showing up to the nine a.m. 55 and Better Class, Marlene has decided to take the initiative and cancel classes for the rest of the day.  More snow is predicted for later in the day so Marlene will decide later today if classes will go ahead on Tuesday February 12.  Enjoy your Snow Day and enjoy your home practice.

Fall 2018 Classes Now Available on the Website. New Pranayama Addition

Please feel free to purchase you Fall classes through the website.  Remember to use the drop down lists to find the class you wish to attend and that posterd prices do not include tax.  Something new for the Fall will be 4 Pranayama classes taught by Glenda Balkan Champagne.  They begin on October 18th and run on Thursdays at 4 p.m. for 1 hour until November 8th.
