Join us for a weekly yoga practice to improve your mental and physical strength. This class is great for releasing tight muscle tension, preventing or recovering from injuries by increasing flexibility and building core strength. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Classes start Tuesday, November 5th.
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us at our AGM & 10th Anniversary Celebration Friday evening. It was truly wonderful (and inspiring) to see so many familiar and new faces. Our 10th Anniversary cake was made by one of our students - so delicious and even decorated with our new logo. Thank-you!
We're so excited to welcome you to our newly designed website! When our online registration system is finalized (sometime early next week), you'll be able to easily register for PenYoga classes online. The new site will also work on your tablet and smartphone without having to pinch and zoom. We still have some work to do on the site, but enourage you to explore and let us know what you think!
