All Spring classes are on-line and taught through the Zoom platform. Zoom is easy to download, user friendly, and will not cost you anything as a participant in a class. Let us know if you have other questions or need assistance.
All you need is a space to put your mat down that will enable you to see and hear your computer, notebook or mobile phone. During class props used are: mat, blankets, chair, belt (ties work well), blocks (books are a good substitute), bolster (use rolled blankets or pillows).
Classes are held: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

B.K.S. Iyengar several years ago said: "I am sure that after me, my family, my pupils, their children, and the next generation will carry the message of yoga to every nook and corner of the globe, so that all may live as one human race without geographical division of race, religion, colour or gender.”
